• Account & Contact Information: Name, business email address, company name, phone number, and physical office address.
• Construction Compliance Documents: ACORD 25 certificates of insurance, statutory progress and final lien waivers, endorsement schedules, policy numbers, and expiration dates.
• Subcontractor Information: Subcontractor entity names, representative contact details, trades, pay application amounts, and invoice references.
• Integration & Accounting Data: When you connect Intuit QuickBooks Online or Procore, we access vendor records, open bills, and payment status solely to check compliance locks and release holds.
• Payment Information: All subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. TrustWaiver does not store raw credit card numbers or banking credentials.

3. How We Use Information

We process collected data for the following legitimate business purposes:

• Automating AI-based optical character recognition (OCR) and policy limit audits via Google Gemini AI.
• Validating 50-state statutory compliance and lien waiver legal language.
• Syncing payment hold and release flags to your connected accounting system (QuickBooks Online).
• Sending automated compliance alerts and signature requests to subcontractors via SMS and email.
• Maintaining cryptographically secure ESIGN audit trails.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Intuit QuickBooks Data Policy

TrustWaiver respects third-party platform terms. For data retrieved via Intuit QuickBooks Online APIs:

• We do not sell, rent, or monetize your QuickBooks accounting data under any circumstances.
• Accounting data is accessed strictly in real-time to match active subcontractors and update bill status notes.
• You can revoke TrustWaiver's access at any time through your Intuit App Center or via our disconnect endpoint.

5. Data Security & Storage

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 encryption. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standard encryption. Access to administrative systems is protected by HMAC cryptographic session authentication and restricted to authorized personnel.
